  • Leadership and structure - CVHA aims to provide the leadership and structures required to implement the CVHA vision.
  • Integrated planning - CVHA aims to plan together to better meet the needs of our community.
  • Resource mobilization - CVHA aims to collaboratively mobilise resources to enhance efficacy and efficiency.
  • Multi agency advocacy - CVHA aims to develop the best outcomes for our community through joint approaches to resource acquisition, utilisation of collective skills and wisdom and the implementation of service models within our catchment.
  • Systems integration - CVHA aims to design and develop our service system to better meet the needs of our community.
  • Service Coordination - Better Access to Services - CVHA aims to improve access to our services through the development and implementation of Pathways; access, referral, screening and coordination tools; protocols and electronic communication.
  • Integrated Health Promotion - CVHA aims to achieve an integrated approach to health promotion within a Public Health Framework
